Instructions

  1. 1.Cube 600g of chicken breast into small pieces (chopped, not ground).
  2. 2.Finely chop a small bunch of dill and add half to the chicken.
  3. 3.Grate 70g of cheese and add it to the bowl.
  4. 4.Stir in 1 tablespoon flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5.Heat oil in a pan and spoon portions of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly.
  6. 6.Fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden.
  7. 7.For a quick sauce, combine the remaining dill with sour cream and, if desired, garlic.
  8. 8.Serve hot.

Chopped (not ground) chicken cutlets with dill and grated cheese folded in. The chunkier texture keeps them juicier than a typical ground-meat version.
