Chopped Chicken Cutlets with Dill and Cheese

Ingredients
- •Salt — 0.5 tsp
- •Cheese — 70 g (grated)
- •Dill — 1 bunch
- •Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- •Sour Cream — 1 tbsp
- •All-Purpose Flour — 1 tbsp
- •Chicken Breast — 600 g
- •Black Pepper
- •Egg — 1 piece
Instructions
- 1.Cube 600g of chicken breast into small pieces (chopped, not ground).
- 2.Finely chop a small bunch of dill and add half to the chicken.
- 3.Grate 70g of cheese and add it to the bowl.
- 4.Stir in 1 tablespoon flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
- 5.Heat oil in a pan and spoon portions of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly.
- 6.Fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden.
- 7.For a quick sauce, combine the remaining dill with sour cream and, if desired, garlic.
- 8.Serve hot.
Chopped (not ground) chicken cutlets with dill and grated cheese folded in. The chunkier texture keeps them juicier than a typical ground-meat version.
